Dutch Oven Pineapple upside down cake

Instructions
Melt 2 tbs butter in bottom of dutch oven, add brown sugar and mix till
dissolved.
Pour in pineapple and spread evenly.
Cover with cake mix.
Pour in 7-up and vanilla flavoring and lightly mix into cake mix.
Cover and bake at 350 in oven or under coals for 45 min - 1 hr untill golden on top.
If cooking under coals be sure to put some on lid.
