Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 c thrive instant black beans
- 1⁄2 c thrive cooked sausage crumbles (fd)
- 1⁄4 c thrive chopped onions (fd)
- 1⁄2 c thrive red bell peppers (fd)
- 1⁄2 c thrive green bell peppers
- 1 c thrive diced tomatoes (fd)
- 1 t chili powder
- 1⁄2 t cumin
- 1 t thrive salt
- 1⁄4 t chipotle powder
- 1 t pit seasoning
- 1 T thrive beef bouillon
- 7 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄4 c cilantro
- 1 T lime juice
Instructions
In a 2-3 quart saucepan, combine all the ingredients together except cilantro and lime juice and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat. Add the cilantro and lime juice after cooking and stir. Let rest for 5 minutes and the enjoy! Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
