Use this quick and easy recipe can be used for bean dips, burritos and casseroles
- 4 c prepared thrive instant beans
- 2 T thrive onions
- 2 T thrive bell peppers
- 4 clv garlic, minced
- 1 c prepared thrive taco tvp
- salt and pepper to taste
Mash first 5 ingredients together, add more hot water if needed for desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
For more heat add 2 jalapeños, chopped fine.
For a more fuller flavour add 2 tsp of rendered bacon fat
For Bean dip- use Thrive cheddar cheese, sour cream and then shredded lettuce, diced avocados and tomatoes on top.
For burritos-roll up in a tortilla with Thrive cheddar cheese
For encharito casserole -make burritos, place in baking pan side by side and pour enchilada sauce over all and top with prepared Thrive cheddar cheese. Serve with Thrive sour cream
