Shipping & Delivery
Once your Thrive Life purchase has been placed, three update e-mail notices will be sent to you. First, you will receive an order confirmation stating your order is pending. This will shortly be followed by an order processing notice. FedEx will send you a shipping notification that includes package and tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping times from our warehouse vary by location. Information concerning time of departure, estimated delivery date, and package location can be found at http://fedex.com. You'll need your tracking number(s) to check the shipping status of your item(s).
Shipping times vary by location; however, packages generally arrive within 7-10 business days after FedEx sends their shipping notification. If you have any problems with your shipment (i.e., broken/missing parts) please call our office toll-free at 877-743-9902. You may also e-mail us at customerservice@thrivelife.com; we will replace any missing or damaged parts free of charge.

At Thrive Life we recognize that privacy is important. In the paragraphs below, you'll find basic information about the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use Thrive Life's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard information. The personal information you enter on ThriveLife.com is not for sale. Using the Thrive Life website will not cause you to receive unsolicited email. The only email you will receive from Thrive Life will be any reminder or newsletter messages that you set up and occasional administrative messages (usually responses to questions or in regards to shipping).

Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information (like your name and email address) and a unique identifier (your login name). Your contact information is used to contact you only when necessary. Unique identifiers are collected for use as account numbers in our record system. Passwords are used for authenticating your access to the site and modifying your personal information. The forgotten password hint and its answer are used to verify your identity in the event you lose your password.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our Web site. We use cookies to remember you between visits so you don't have to log in each time. We may use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. While we use cookies in other parts of our web site, cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to this information.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your Thrive Life password is not stored in our database. Instead, your password is irreversibly encrypted using RSA's MD5 algorithm. This means that a hacker who breaks into the Thrive Life server and steals the database will not be able to discover your password.

Returns & Exchanges

What should I do if the unit I purchased does not accomodate my needs?
Thrive Life has several units and options that will accommodate most needs and living spaces. If you receive a unit that does not work for you, you can exchange your unit for a more suitable match. There are no penalty charges associated with any exchange; however, you will need to pay all shipping charges and any difference in price associated with your exchange. If you would like to exchange your unit, please fill out the following form and place it in your return box: Return/Exchange Form. How can I return my unit?
There is a mandatory 6% restocking fee on all returns. If you would like to return your unit, please fill out the following form and place it your return box: Return/Exchange Form. All shipping charges associated with your return are your responsibility. Please call our office toll free at 877-743-5373 with any questions or concerns you may have. Once we have received your unit we will call you to confirm and refund your purchase. 
Can I change the row configuration once I have received my unit?
Yes. After you have received your unit you still have the option to change the configuration. You can exchange one row for one other row of a different size for $10. You may also exchange one large row (5 large tracks) for two small rows for $50. Shipping charges associated with re-configuration will be your responsibility.
