Storage Conditions
Temperature: Storing THRIVE at a high temperature can significantly increase the speed that calories and vitamins will degrade over time. In the correct storage container, low-moisture foods such as THRIVE can be stored at room temperature or cooler (75 degrees Fahrenheit or lower) and remain nutritious and edible for years. Our stated shelf life assumes that the product will be stored in optimal conditions.
Humidity: The effects of humidity on a closed can are caused by heat and very similar to the effects of high temperature (see above). High humidity can corrode the cans and in some cases even cause the cans to leak. Areas with high humidity can reduce the opened shelf life of the product. As humidity varies with location please use your own discretion to prevent possible sickness from eating spoiled food.
Damaged Container: Minor dents in the center of the can are usually just a cosmetic issue. However, a can that has been dented near or on a seam can have a compromised air-tight seal and allow oxygen to enter the can. If this is the case we recommend using the dented can within the specified opened shelf life, rather than closed.
The best way to maintain the highest quality of your THRIVE products is to take care of them. If you intend on storing your food for the sealed shelf life, store the cans in a place that is not open to elements such as water, light, and air. Take care of it. Don't expose it unnecessarily to the elements. Also, be sure to keep the temperature and humidity low and even. Under these proper storing situations your THRIVE will maintain its delicious taste, natural coloring, and proper nutrients.

Great, But Less Sweet Would be Better
I made these recently and LOVED them but I did find them very, very, very sweet. I think if they could cut back the sugar even a little bit they would be even better.

Paired this Fudge Brownie mix with York Peppermint Patties, tweaking an original recipe!
Just served these Fudge Brownies, with a twist, for Super Bowl 2013. Original recipe for York Peppermint Patties Brownies calls for 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, AND 2 1/2 sticks of butter! BUT-used this Fudge Brownie mix, as directed, layered in greased 8 x 8 pan, with 16 mini York Peppermint Patties. Put 1/2 batter on bottom, then lay 16 patties, and top with remainder of batter. I baked these at 360 degrees (as directed), for 25 minutes. Made a hit at the party, and had great reviews!

best brownie mix we've ever used
I've made these exactly according to directions, loved them. Cooked them a little too long, loved them. Forgot to add boiling water and added cold- still loved them! These are the real deal- worth every penny.

So Easy and Moist
These brownies were very easy to make. I took my pantry can and added 1/2 cup of water and put into my greased 8x8 pan. I baked at 360 degrees but only baked for 21 minutes and they were moist and delicious. The whole family loved them!

My new best friend
After reading all the reviews on the fudge brownies, I took the plunge and ordered 4 of the #10 cans last month when they were on special. I crossed my fingers and hoped I would not be disappointed. Well, they arrived just in time for me to whip up a batch before hosting my first Shelf Reliance party. I was not disappointed in how quick and easy it was to make them and all six of my guests LOVED them. Made up a second batch (using one egg to make them more cake like) the next week for a dinner party and they were a hit there too!

Awesome Brownies!
My local Shelf Reliance Consultant asked that I prepare some of these brownies and serve them at our Neighborhood Watch meeting here in Texas and I absolutely couldn't believe how good they actually were! I had bought some other brands of brownies that I prepared along with Shelf Reliance (Thrive) brand and your brownies won HANDS DOWN! I added some walnuts to them and they were so 'chewy' and delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful product and you'll be seeing an order from me, like quick! -ha!

Cake Pop
These are great as is, but they also make great cake pops. Add an egg for a cakier batter. Fill cake pop cooker well almost full. Cook for 2 minutes. Then if you have the machine that flips, flip and cook for two more minutes. Make sure to use a bottle, pastry bag, or disposable bag to fill the wells. Perfect cake pops every time.

Excellent
Was a little skeptical at first but now these are the only brownies I'll make. I added peppermint extract to them and couldn't get enough. My office girls love them.

Why red dye 40?
If you have kids with an allergy to red 40, don't give these to them. I will have to take them off my Q. We can't use them. Good thing I read the ingredients before I got them. They taste good (tried them at a party) and are easy to make.

Yummy!
I am a very picky eater and was very skeptical about these brownies but for no reason. They taste just like you made them out of a box with eggs, water and oil. They were great and I loved them!!!

Good Brownies
I made them tonight and they turned out great. I made them with the addition of the egg for more cake like brownies. I swirled in melted peanut butter on the top before putting it into the oven. Turned out very good. I think next time I might try adding in some chocolate chips in the batter for some extra kick with the chocolate (for the cake like brownies).

Delicious!
I admit, when I first purchased a 'canned' brownie mix, I was not expecting a whole lot from it. It was on sale at the time and I thought, why not?
So it was a very pleasant surprise that not only were they super easy to make, but actually good! That honestly surprised me.
I love the "fudginess" of them. I do have a secret though, I add chopped walnuts to the mix and it takes them over the top.
Just...delicious!Quality

Must Have...
Nothing better for the cabin than this brownie mix.. So good that my wife is making me stock the house as well and the neighbors are asking for it too. Water, mix, and heat and you've got a great treat.

WOW!
I had no idea that a pre-made brownie mix could actually be good! This was simple-as-pie to mix up real quick and throw in the oven and the brownies were terrific! I am so glad I purchased two cans instead of just one!

Wow!
I followed the directions exactly and these brownies turned out incredible! They tasted like they were made from scratch. They can't be any simpler to mix up and throw in the oven at a moment's notice. Having this mix on hand for any emergency, including surprise guests and famished children is just common sense!

Better than a box
I absolutely love these. They're the perfect brownie, way better than any that you make from a box. The can says that you can make them more cakey by adding an egg to the mix, but I seriously love them just the way they are.
