Specialty Packages


What are specialty packages?
These are deeply discounted packages that are only available for purchase through a consultant. These packages are not visible on the Thrive Life website.

How do customers order these items?
They must be ordered through My Office by entering the catalog ID of the product.

Where can I see which specialty packages are currently available?
The Home Parties price list has a section for specialty packages. These packages are also displayed with contents and pricing on the Packages Document in Consultant Materials>Price Lists on My Office.

Why don’t specialty packages show a retail price?
Because these packages can be purchased only through consultants, they are not available to retail customers and do not have a retail price. This means they may not be purchased with host benefits, which are calculated using retail price.

Do specialty packages count toward my party total?
Yes, specialty packages do count toward party totals for host benefit rewards, even though they may not be purchased using host benefits.

Can Q customers add these packages to the Q?
Q customers are able to manually add a specialty packages to a specific Q shipment by entering the catalog ID of the item at the bottom of the shipment.

Are all specialty packages available in all regions?
Specialty packages are available in the United States, with a limited amount available in Canada. Please refer to the Packages Document for these. Specialty packages can be ordered in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico through manual orders. (contact manualorders@thrivelife.com). Additional shipping fees will apply.

What are specialty promotions?
Specialty promotions offer specialty packages at even deeper discounts for a short amount of time. These discounts are available only while supplies last.

Where can I see which specialty promotions are currently available?
Any specialty promotions will be listed on the price list addendum, along with the dates for which they are applicable. Specialty promotions will also be posted on the newsfeed.

What are specialty items?
These are items that have a deeply discounted Party/Q price (the Retail and My Website price are not discounted on these items). These items are visible on the Thrive Life website.

Where can I see which specialty items are available?
The Home Parties price list has a section for specialty items. These items are also displayed with pricing on the Packages Document in Consultant Materials>Price Lists on My Office.

How do customers order these items?
Q customers will receive the discounted Party/Q price when purchasing these items online, but customers purchasing at a Home Party will need to have the order be submitted through My Office by a consultant to receive the Party/Q price, as with all other items.

Can these items be purchased using host benefits?
Because these items have retail prices, they can be purchased using host benefits. Orders of these items also count toward party totals for host benefits.

Are all specialty items available in all regions?
All specialty THRIVE items are available in all regions. Emergency and FRS items are not available in Canada and must be purchased through manual orders in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico if not listed on those regions’ price lists.
