Prep Instructions

Bring 5 cups water to a boil with 1 1/2 cups Split Green Peas and 1 1/2 tsp. salt. Adjust heat to low and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Stir well and cook uncovered for another 20 minutes, or until tender.
