Is my registration fee refundable?
If you are unable to attend convention, you can receive a full refund for your registration fee. To receive a refund please contact our customer service department at (877) 743-5373 and they will assist you.
What do the convention fees include?
The Elevate 2013 convention fees cover the general session, all breakout sessions, and the key note address. You will be responsible for any meals and activities you choose to participate in.
Can I bring my children?
At convention, we strive to maintain an atmosphere that is ideal for learning. We want everyone in attendance to feel engaged in all the breakout sessions and other meetings. To maintain this atmosphere we ask that you do not bring toddlers and small children. Infants of nursing age are welcome to attend with their mothers.
Can I bring other family members?
An additional member of your household or your official co-applicant will qualify you for the discounted two-person ticket. All attendees at convention must be registered and purchase a ticket. The two-person ticket is available on the registration page. Discounted household tickets for more than two people meeting the criteria above are available by calling Customer Service; each additional person will be $75.
Where should I stay during my time in Provo?
Convention guests may stay at the Marriott Provo Hotel or the Best Western Plus CottonTree Inn for a discounted rate through March 21-23. If you choose to extend your stay longer than the convention dates, you will be required to pay the rates offered by the hotel.

If I choose to extend my stay in Provo, what activities and events are available in March?
Provo offers many attractions, from shopping in Historic Downtown to hiking in the Provo Canyon to visiting Sundance and Olympic attractions. Please see the Local Attractions section on the Travel page for links to many fun Provo activities and attractions.
What is the weather like in Utah in March and what should I pack?
The weather at the end of March can still be a little chilly. The average temperature range in Provo at the end of March is a high of 57⁰F and a low of 34⁰F, and precipitation is possible. We recommend bringing some long-sleeved shirts and a jacket that will keep you warm and dry.
