We are making some changes to the shipping prices for THRIVE foods in Alaska and Puerto Rico. Whereas before a flat rate was charged for each can/package size, now the shipping price will depend on whether the item belongs to a light or heavy shipping class (for example, light #10 cans will be charged $5 in shipping, while heavy will be $10). Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Yield: 2 loaded sandwiches
1/3 cup TVP Chicken
1/3 Cup Chopped Chicken
1 TSP of green onions
1 TBSP of Chopped Spinach
1 to 2 TBSP of Whipped Dressing
2/3 Cup warm or hot water
