Instant Crepes with ThriveLife 10 Grain Pancake Mix

October 1, 2015

You will be so excited to find we already have instant Crepes by using the "10 Grain Pancake Mix" with a little extra water and some coconut oil.  It is amazing how easy it is.  The taste is out of this world too.

For a very small batch use 4 Tablespoons of pancake mix and 6 Tablespoons of water.

2 Tablespoons of coconut oil (substitute butter or other cooking oil if you would like) into a pan at medium high heat.

You can mix it in a bowl however I have found that mason jars with lids have been working so much better when you add the ingredients and shake.  When the oil starts to shimmer that is when you want to pour the mix into the pan.  As soon as the edges start to turn golden brown, use a spatula to loosen the crepe and then turn it.  Depending on your stove this will only take a minute or two per side.

Stack the crepes and then top with wipped cream and fruit.

Watch this YouTube video when it is ready...
