We found Thrive Life (Formerly Shelf Reliance) and quickly realized this was it!  After sampling the amazing food, as well as realizing there was an opportunity to assist others in preparedness, we were in. 
Our goal is to raise awareness and help individuals, churches, and groups of people be prepared when the inevitable happens.
We live just north of Seattle, WA.
We have two teenage children who also love the food.

Launch a New City: Cold Calls

Launching a new city for a MLM can just happen or you can use strategy to make it happen when and where you want it to happen.

In this video I share the technique of cold calling on businesses to recruit them into the business.  Do some research and find small business owners.  The easiest indicator in 2016 is to find a business that does $1million or less in sales annually.  

Finding a chamber of commerce article announcing the "owner" of the business is usually an indicator as well.

When I make the calls I use the Dani Johnson technique for telephone scripting.  The Dani Johnson scripts in addition to the "Dialing for Dollars" seat belt technique has been the key to improving my bookings to 20% on cold calls. 

 I have hired telemarketers and instructed them on this technique and that has not worked.  Last year I hired ten telemarketers using online services.  Some were from the USA, Philippines and India.  I listened to the recordings of over 50 calls my telemarketers did and fired all of them.  They could not bring themselves to use the Dani Johnson techniques.  They were able to apply my "Dialing for Dollars" seat belt technique and it helped but the fact that they would not use Dani Johnson is what got them fired.  

I triple checked my lists by calling into them and still got 20% booking and they were only getting 1%-8% booking.  Just not good enough for me.  My list was burned a bit because of the bad calls.  

I am getting ready to relaunch a calling campaign to a list of 2500 business owners that we have already called to twice.  Those calls were focused on emergency preparedness and getting them to buy the product.  I was getting 50% sales on the one and done technique and only sponsored a couple as well as only got a few Q shipments that continue today.  My new call campaign will be for consultants.  I will report on the results with videos.  The focus will be to win the contest and go on the next Thrive Life Fantasy Getaway and to bring ten people with me.
