Chicken salad for one that you can make in minutes. Used by many people to demonstrate how easy it is to cook with Thrive. Using small jars or zip-lock bags you can make this up in advance so when you are ready to eat it is ready in minutes. I usually do 21 of these at the same time, as I am getting ready to do the 21 club slam cooking where we go see 21 people in a week to share the benefits of Thrive. Ingredients:3 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried small chunks of chopped chicken white meat 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried small pieces of chopped onion 1 tbsp. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chef's Choice Thrive Spice seasoning salt or other seasoning salt 4 tbsp. Water 9 g Mayonnaise (a little more than half Tablespoon AKA a standard size mayonnaise packet)

Directions:Mix chicken, onion, celery and chefs choice together in advance and place into a 4 ounce mason jar, zip-lock, or vacuum seal bag. Seal for future use. When you are ready to eat add the water and mix these ingredients 5 times during a 20 minute wait. Mix in mayonnaise and serve with spoon, over crackers or on a salad.
