As if our brownies weren't already sinfully delicious.
But here's something special you might want to try for Valentine's Day. Top them with a terribly rich ganache.
What to do:
Bake Brownies as Directed on can and allow to cool.
16 oz.Very good quality chocolate chips
1 cup of heavy cream
2 cups toasted almonds
Coarse Sea Salt (optional)
Boil the cream.
Place chocolate chips in a metal bowl and pour hot cream over the chocolate. Stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
Pour over the cooled brownies and cover with toasted almonds.Sprinkle with Sea Salt if desired.
Allow to cool and cut into squares.
