- Make into traditional mashed potatoes with butter and salt
- Bake into a shepherd's pie
- Mix into Zuppa Toscana
- Add into soup to thicken the base
- Crush up and add to a casserole
Bring 1 1⁄4 cups water to a simmer. Add 1 cup Mashed Potatoes and whisk until combined. Remove from heat and allow to rest 1 minute before serving. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
