I have a passion for food and space exploration. If we can solve the survival issues around space exploration (food, water, energy, habitat) then we will become more efficient and sustainable on Earth. A big part of this is sustainable food practices. Shelf stable food reduces waste, reduces transportation costs, and increases efficiency. This is why I became a space chef!
