Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Red Seedless Grapes - Freeze Dried Crushed
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 c. Sliced Almonds
  • 1 c. Salted Cashews
  • 1/2 c. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process 1 cup of the Thrive Red Seedless Grapes into a powder.
  2. Stir 1/2 cup water into the grape powder to form a paste. Set aside.
  3. Put 1/2 cup Thrive Peanut Flour into a bowl or shallow dish and set aside.
  4. Take the pits out of 2 cups Medjool dates.
  5. Process the pitted dates, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup cashews, and grape paste together.
  6. Roll the mixture into balls, then roll in the peanut flour. Refrigerate or freeze, and enjoy!
