Baked Oatmeal Muffins

We like to combine these muffins with a smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Quick Oats
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Milk
- 1/4 C THRIVE Applesauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 C Cane Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Raw, Whole Egg
- 2/3 C Water
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separate and then combine and mix well
- Bake in muffin pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - makes 6 muffins
