Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C Quick Oats
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Milk
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 C Cane Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Raw, Whole Egg
  • 2/3 C Water

Directions

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separate and then combine and mix well
  2. Bake in muffin pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - makes 6 muffins
