Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Instant White Rice
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3/4 c. Instant Pinto Beans
  • 3 tbsp. Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder or Thrive Garlic Seasoning

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe casserole dish with a lid add all ingredients with 4 cups water and 1 Cup Cheese shreds (Optional), mix well
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 12-15 minutes
  3. Let rest covered for 5 minutes and serves as desired, over tortilla chips, as a burrito or taco.
  4. Enjoy!!
