Chicken Parm

Delicious on toasted bread as a sandwich. Makes a great jar meal too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life Tomato Dices
- 1/4 cup Thrive Life Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cup Thrive Life Zucchini
- 2 tbs Thrive Life Classic Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs bread crumbs
- 1-2 tbs Thrive Life Italian Seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 6 slices toasted bread for sandwiches
Directions
- Add Thrive Life Chicken and Mozzarella Cheese to saucepan and add 3/4 cup of cool water. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir the chicken and cheese mixture then add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan with the rest of the water.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Add additional water in 1/4 cup increments if needed.
