Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Life Tomato Dices
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Thrive Life Zucchini
  • 2 tbs Thrive Life Classic Tomato Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbs bread crumbs
  • 1-2 tbs Thrive Life Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 slices toasted bread for sandwiches

Directions

  1. Add Thrive Life Chicken and Mozzarella Cheese to saucepan and add 3/4 cup of cool water. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Stir the chicken and cheese mixture then add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan with the rest of the water.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add additional water in 1/4 cup increments if needed.
