Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 1/3 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. Ice
  • 1 1/4 c. Milk

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in order listed to a pint jar to make ahead.
  2. Dump all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
  3. Pour back into pint jar and enjoy. Top with mini chocolate chips if desired.
