Ingredients

  • 1/3 C THRIVE Banana Slices
  • 1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/3 C Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 C Water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or pint-size mason jar and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
  2. (If you do as a prepared jar for later use, add all dry ingredients to jar and seal. Add ice and water when ready to prepare.)
