A quick and delicious smoothie made super-easy with THRIVE! Can even be prepped in a jar to have on hand to make it EVEN faster!

Ingredients
- 1/3 C THRIVE Banana Slices
- 1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/3 C Ice Cubes
- 3/4 C Water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or pint-size mason jar and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
- (If you do as a prepared jar for later use, add all dry ingredients to jar and seal. Add ice and water when ready to prepare.)
