Cranberry Vinaigrette

Declared "the best salad dressing ever tasted", this dressing will be a hit at your Thanksgiving buffet and replace your every day dressing!

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. THRIVE Cranberries
- 1/4 c. Cane Sugar
- 1/2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 c. Fresh Orange Juice
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Crush the cranberries with your hand and place in small saucepan with sugar and cider vinegar.
- Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Once cool, blend berry mixture till smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the berry mixture. Blend or whisk until fully incorporated.
- Store in refrigerator.
- This recipe will make 12 fluid ounces of dressing.
