Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. THRIVE Cranberries
  • 1/4 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Crush the cranberries with your hand and place in small saucepan with sugar and cider vinegar.
  2. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Once cool, blend berry mixture till smooth.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the berry mixture. Blend or whisk until fully incorporated.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
  6. This recipe will make 12 fluid ounces of dressing.
