Creamy Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rice

A delicious meal indeed that's made super-fast! Makes a great jar meal also. Serves 3-4.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life Zucchini
- 1/4 cup Thrive Life Tomato Dices
- 1 cup Thrive Life White or Brown Rice
- 3 tbs Heavy Cream Powder
- 1 -2 tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 2 1/2 cups water
- (optional) 1 lemon
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and stir occassionally. Continue boiling for 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Add water in 1/4 cup increments if needed.
- Remove from heat. Let stand a few minutes.
- Add a squeeze of lemon to the top if desired.
