Ingredients

  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberry Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Vanilla Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 c. ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice and let sit for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Add ice and blend until smooth.
