Instant Beef Taco

Using a jar or vacuum seal bag I like to prepare these in advance so when the kids are hungry they can whip up a meal anytime. This can be vegan, vegetarian, beef, chicken or meat lovers. Today I am making beef instant tacos. Measure all ingredients into a half quart mason jar and seal the lid until you are ready to cook.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Taco TVP Taco flavored Textured Vegetable Protein
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1 Tbsp Instant Pinto Beans
- 1 tsp Dry Taco Seasoning
Directions
- Measure dry ingredients into a jar, zip-lock or vacuum seal bag and store until ready to cook.
- When ready bring one cup of water to a boil and mix in all dry ingredients. Stir until water is absorbed.
- Serve on tortilla shell, taco shell, over tortilla chips or green salad.
- Optional step for more heat or spice add Thrive Peppercorn and Chili Peppers
