Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes to impress!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C Water
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Chives
- 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1/4 tsp Peppercorn
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 C Potato Beads
- 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reconstituted
- 1/2 C Smoked Bacon, diced
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
- 3/4 C Water
Directions
- In a 2-quart saucepan, brown bacon and drain off grease.
- Add onions and stir; add milk, water, butter, and seasonings and bring to a simmer.
- Add potato beads and stir well to incorporate.
- Reduce heat to low or turn off.
- Stir in cheese and let rest for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in an additional ¼ c. sour cream at the end for even creamier potatoes.
