Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Peppercorn
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 C Potato Beads
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reconstituted
  • 1/2 C Smoked Bacon, diced
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 3/4 C Water

Directions

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, brown bacon and drain off grease.
  2. Add onions and stir; add milk, water, butter, and seasonings and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add potato beads and stir well to incorporate.
  4. Reduce heat to low or turn off.
  5. Stir in cheese and let rest for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in an additional ¼ c. sour cream at the end for even creamier potatoes.
