Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Quick 10 Min. Barley
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 1/4 Cup FD Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup FD Sliced Onions
  • 2 Tbsp FD Spinach
  • 3 Qts Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Chefts Choice
  • 1/2 teas. Pepper

Directions

  1. 1 Cup - Quick 10 Minute Barley follow direction on box
  2. 3 Tbsp butter in frying pan, start melting
  3. 2 1/4 Cups Mushroom saute till soft
  4. 1/4 Cups Sliced Onions add to mushrooms
  5. 2 Tbsp Spinach add some of the stock till all is softened
  6. In a large pot pour in the stock and dump other ingredients to it.
  7. 2 Tbsp Chefts Choice
  8. 1/2 Teas. Pepper, mix everything together.
  9. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 25 minutes.
