Peanut Butter Banana Shake

This smoothie has the richness of peanut butter and banana, paired with the creaminess of oats. Oats are low in calories, a good source of protein, and a great source of soluble fiber. Bananas eliminate the need for extra sweeteners

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Ice
- 1/4 c. Peanut Flour
- 1/4 c. Quick Oats
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices FD
Directions
- add all ingredients to a blender and puree till smooth
- Options galore: change it up every time you make it if you want. Add some cinnamon, cocoa, yogurt .. sky's the limit.
- If you don't have THRIVE Peanut Flour, substitute with your favourite peanut butter. If you don't have THRIVE Instant milk, substitute with the milk you do have, including almond, coconut, soya ... or whatever.
- If you don't have THRIVE freeze dried bananas, add the banana on your counter. THRIVE just makes life so much easier!
