Quad Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. White chocolate chips
- 1 c. Milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. Dark chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c. Shortening Powder
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Powder + 4 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour) (divided)
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions
- Melt 1 ½ cups of the chocolate chips and set aside. Combine sugar and shortening and mix together. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
- Add melted chocolate and mix again. Sift in flour, salt, and baking soda; blend well.
- Fold in remaining chocolate chips and blend. Scoop onto greased cookie sheet by spoonfuls.
- Bake at 350F for 8–12 minutes.
- Serving Idea: Toast a large marshmallow under the broiler, with a torch, or over a fire and place between two of these cookies for a delicious cookie sandwich!
