Ingredients
- 1/2 c Heavy Cream
- 2 c THRIVE Instant Milk reconstituted
- 1/4 c THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried reconstituted
- 1/4 c THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c Cheese Blend
- 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Cholula hot sauce
- 1 Tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 c THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
- 2 Tbsp White Flour (All purpose Unbleached Flour)
Directions
- Combine the milk, cream, cheese, peppers, sausage, and onions and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, sprinkle in cheese blend while whisking constantly. Mix the melted butter with the flour until well blended to make the roux; add to simmering sauce and stir to incorporate. Allow to simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Add seasonings and serve.
