Turn your 10 Grain Pancake mix into healthy, delicious waffles. - by Cassie Stuart
- 2 c. 10 Grain Pancake Mix
- 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder
- 1/4 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 3/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp. Almond Extract, if desired
- Heat waffle iron
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Add liquids to dry mix, stirring gently just until incorporated. May add additional water to reach desired consistency.
- Cook on waffle iron as directed by manufacturer.
- Top with syrup or your favorite hydrated Thrive fruits and whipped cream!
