- 2 c. Milk of your choice: fresh / THRIVE Instant milk prepared / coconut / rice / almond / soya ....
- 1 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Peach Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1 c. ice
- 1/2 c. Quick Oats
Directions
- Throw it all into the blender and blend at high speed till perfectly smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberry or peach slice on top. Beautiful!
