Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk plus 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices
  • 1/2 c. Quick Oats
  • Try different fruits and combine as appeals to you. The nice thing about THRIVE Freeze Dried fruits is that you always have a good variety on hand. All the benefits of the great taste and nutrition of fruit - every day of the year.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high till smooth.
  2. Start off with 1 cup of milk, then add the additional 1/2 cup if desired.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve!
  4. Suggested combinations: Peaches and Bananas, Raspberries and Bananas, Mangoes, Strawberries and Blueberries .... any combination you love or have on hand. For a wonderful "rich" taste, try using low fat buttermilk.
  5. bonus nutritional option: add flax seeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds to the blender
  6. variation: use your preferred milk - cows milk, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, soy milk .... light cream - so flexible a Valentines Treat - make a Strawberry & Peach smoothie
