"Gimme Thrive" Island Macaroons

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Measure macaroon mix into mixing bowl.
  3. Measure heaping 1/2-cupfuls of freeze dried fruit into blender or food processor and process until fruit is powdered. Add fruit powder to macaroon mix.
  4. Pour in hot water and mix well with a spoon until the ingredients are well combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Using a 1.25"-diameter cookie scoop (or a spoon) place scoops of dough onto greased or paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. To add a chocolate drizzle, melt your favorite chocolate and use a fork to drizzle chocolate over top of macaroons.
