"Gimme Thrive" Marifredo Sauce

  1. In a skillet or large saucepan, melt butter over medium to medium-low heat. Add garlic and allow to sweat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add the peppercorn blend and the water. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the sauce mixes, whisking to blend into the water mixture. Stir in the cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the cheese and reduce heat to low. Stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
