"Gimme Thrive" Warm Corn Salad

  1. In a large skillet over high heat, stir corn CONSTANTLY until it begins to brown a little. IMMEDIATELY add the water.
  2. Add in the onions and green chili peppers. Reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally. Keep on heat for about 10 minutes or until veggies are rehydrated and heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream and stir well until smooth. Stir in the bacon, cheese, and seasonings.
  5. Add the corn mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring to combine. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
