Pulled Pork Chef Pack - Pork Chile Verde

  1. Saute garlic in butter until slightly caramelized.
  2. Add in pork, chilies, onions, chefs choice, cumin, and 2 cups water. Bring to a simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, place cored tomatillos, cholula and cilantro in a blender, add in 1 cup water and blend until smooth.
  4. Add blended mixture into pork mixture along with espagnole powder. Let simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes, or until thickened and delicious!
  5. Serve over rice, wrapped in a tortilla burrito style or mixed with the rice.
