Beef Stew

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together until smooth.
  2. In a large stock pot, mix all other ingredients together and bring to a simmer for 12 minutes.
  3. Add cornstarch slurry to the stew and stir to thicken.
  4. Allow to simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
  5. Let stand from heat for 3–4 minutes and serve.
