Breakfast Burrito

Directions

  1. Mix scrambled egg powder with water and milk powder to reconstitute.
  2. Reconstitute peppers, sausage, and onions by placing them in a small bowl and just covering with water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
  3. In a skillet on medium high heat, sauté peppers, onions, and sausage together until slightly browned.
  4. Add season salt, hot sauce, and cilantro to pan and stir well to incorporate.
  5. Beat egg mixture, add to hot skillet, and stir in. Cook to scramble, stirring occasionally to get fluffy eggs.
  6. Warm tortillas, put ½ cup of scrambled egg mixture on each one, and top with cheese.
