Cheesy Potato and Bacon Soup

Directions

  1. In a skillet, brown and drain bacon.
  2. In a 4-quart saucepan, sweat garlic, butter, and bacon together.
  3. Add in celery, onions, cauliflower, potato dices, and water and bring to a simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add in cheese blend and seasoning blends and simmer for a minute.
  5. Stir in sauce mix and bring to a simmer; cook until thickening occurs.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in hot sauce, cheese, sour cream, and chives.
