Tomato Bisque- Tomato Sauce

  1. Sweat garlic in butter until softened. Add onions, celery, and carrots and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Deglaze with water and cream. Add Italian blend, tomato sauce, and seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, then finish with balsamic vinegar and hot sauce.
  4. Blend soup in small batches in blender until very smooth. Return to pan and warm before serving.
