Chicken and Rice (Veloute)

  1. In a medium saucepan, sweat garlic and butter.
  2. Add water, then all remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Simmer for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let rest for 3–4 minutes before serving.
