Savory Beef and Vegetable Soup

Directions

  1. In a 4-quart stock pot, sweat garlic and onions with butter. Add beef and sausage and sweat together for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except spinach and basil. Cook for 10 minutes at a simmer.
  3. Add basil, tomatoes, and spinach and cook another 2 minutes before serving.
