Sweet Cherry Coffee Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until fluffy. Alternately add in flour mixture and sour cream. Layer cherries between equal halves of batter in a buttered bundt pan.
  3. Mix all streusel ingredients together and sprinkle streusel on top of cake.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until fork comes out clean. Cool cake on cooling rack.
