Directions

  1. In a 4-quart stock pot, sweat butter, garlic, onions, carrots, and sausage together until lightly browned.
  2. If desired, add white wine and cook until liquid is reduced by half.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 7 minutes.
