I was amazed at how good this is! And SUPER EASY!! I'm not a big pulled pork fan but, being a Southern boy, my husband is so I made this for supper tonight. The only changes I made was using cheddar cheese slices (I melted it on top of the pork with the lid on the skillet) and I used French buns I had in the freezer.
WAY better than our local bbq joint!!

Wow! My kids and husband downed this like nothing flat! Exceeded all expectations. Will be making it again! I didn't have the Green Onions and Cholula and used original BBQ sauce with whole wheat Tortilla's and it still tasted amazing. Nice blend of spices that really work well together.
