This was really nice. I'd cut back on the salt a bit though. I reduced the recipe to one serving and put the dry ingredients in a small jar for a MIJ. It fits perfectly. Just need to add 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 cups of water, 1/8 tsp of Worcestershire and a dash of hot sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Healthy fat and lower carb soup. Very satisfying.

Not a fan of cauliflower at all but tried this recipe because the cauliflower came in the veggie pack. This reminded me of chicken noodle soup and I could not taste a strong cauliflower taste. A bit salty - I am still learning how to adjust the spices when using the bouillon as it is pretty salty.
