Too heavy and kinda bland flavor. Will definitely try again but tweak the recipe a little. Other than that they looked great and had no problems with them sticking.

After reading the reviews, I decided to beat the egg whites first then fold them into the batter. I thought the taste was wonderful. My only issue was that the waffles wanted to stick to my waffle iron but I use cooking oil instead of cooking spray.

This waffle looked good and tasted good, but the texture was thick and heavy. Additionally, despite following the instructions for 4 servings it only made two waffles. I would recommend using more water, I intend to use 1 cup of water next time to try to thin it out.
