I changed the recipe from white flour to half white and half whole wheat flour, and also added some quick
oats, ad added some ground flax seed. I also added raisens instead of the chips, more nutrious and not quite so sweet. And more fiber too.

This is a wonderful addition to your morning muffin rotation! It has a sweet almost dessert like flavor but has all the healthy goodness of the sweetpotato! This muffins are a crowd pleaser all the way around, you better make a double batch because they won't last long no matter what your age!

Subtle sweetness that lends itself to creative adaptations. These muffins finish off with a medium density which is a delight to eat. Not too heavy, but not too light. I like a recipe with an open mind and this one definitely has it.
