Directions:

  1. Whisk together scrambled eggs, water, salad seasoning and green chili peppers.
  2. Put sausage and spinach in a container with 1/3 cup water and use the tumble method to reconstitute.
  3. Add sausage and spinach to egg mixture.
  4. Spray muffin pan or cupcake liners with Pam.
  5. Scoop egg mixture into pan and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
